Neptune Productions? worldly experienced stage/scenic designers work together with our Lighting technicians, the Venue?s tech department and you to crate the right stage for any production application. From Concert Arena events, to simple Breakout meetings, we will present the most dynamic options for your event needs and budget requirements.
Neptune Productions? design team will create a perfect scenic surrounding that clearly promotes your message, theme and ideas in a beautiful and artistic manner. To create this façade we utilize either custom built or modular flexible set components and combine that with 3 dimensional signage to accentuate the final look. Mix that up with our lighting and maybe some projection and you are assured we will take your event to the next level with your own original custom scenic stage design.
We are experienced professionals in designing the right stage for any production application. Your show is already destined for success long before we even begin setting up. We begin coordinating the room layout with the venue/hotel convention staff to understand all aspects of the electrical specifications with the house engineer, set yourself at ease and let us handle the details. Off site, preparation of your event is critical if it is to be a success. Because all of our team at our warehouse has inspected to ensure that every component is in proper working condition before it leaves our facility, you?re assured a seamless and productive set-up. We know the importance of communicating in advance with our labor force and with each department head to make certain that everyone is on the same page when we arrive on-site.

Renderings and Rough sketches, Neptune Productions will present to you a creative and unique look for your event. We can provide everything from a simple pipe and drape backdrop, to a full-blown custom designed hard set. Neptune Productions becomes a partner with you or you can utilize our in house graphics team to support and create your PowerPoint Graphics. As part of the concept stage we will suggest just about anything.
